Plans & pricing #
Plans and match passes are how your channel earns from premium content. A plan is a subscription fans pay for to unlock a bundle of your matches and on-demand content. A match pass is a single, one-off purchase that unlocks just one match (and its replay). You set everything up in the dashboard, then fans choose what to buy when they want to watch.
Plans and match passes only apply to premium content. Anything you mark as free stays open to everyone, with no plan or pass required.
How fans pay for your content #
Every match or piece of on-demand content can be set to one of three access levels. You choose this when you create the content.
Free access Open to anyone. No plan, no payment, no sign-in barrier to watch.
Subscription access Fans need an active plan that includes this content. Best for regular fixtures and ongoing access.
Match pass access Fans pay once to unlock a single match and its replay. Best for one-off events and big fixtures.

Creating a plan #
You build a plan in the dashboard through a short, guided set of steps. You can save part-way through and come back to it later.
Before you start
- An admin account for your club's channel
- A clear idea of what the plan will unlock (which matches, teams or competitions)
- A square logo or image to represent the plan

Open Plans and start a new one
From the dashboard, go to Plans and select Create new plan.

Add the details
Give the plan a clear name, a short description, and an image. Add a few highlight points so fans can see at a glance what they get. A name like "Monthly Match Pass" works far better than "Plan 1".

Set where it can be bought
Plans are available worldwide by default. If your broadcast rights mean a plan should not be sold in certain countries, you can exclude them here.

Set the price and billing
Choose a price and decide whether fans pay once or on a repeating cycle. For repeating plans, pick monthly or yearly billing. You can also add a limited-time promotional price, or different prices for different regions.

Set how long it lasts
For repeating plans, choose the renewal date. For one-off plans, choose how long access lasts after purchase, for example 30 days or a fixed end date.

Choose what it unlocks
Decide which content the plan opens up. You can include content by team, by competition, or by type (such as all live matches, or all highlights). Save when you are done.
Plan settings explained #
These are the main settings you will set when building a plan.
Name and description text required What fans see when choosing a plan. Keep the name clear and the description short and benefit-led.
Billing choice required One-off (a single payment) or recurring (renews on a monthly or yearly cycle until the fan cancels).
Price amount required The cost in your channel's currency. You can add a promotional price for a set period, and region-specific prices in other currencies.
Availability region Where the plan can be bought. Worldwide by default, with the option to exclude countries.
What it unlocks content required The matches and on-demand content the plan opens up, chosen by team, competition or content type.
Free, subscription, and one-off content #
You do not have to charge for everything. A common approach is to make some content free to draw fans in, put your regular fixtures behind a subscription, and use match passes for marquee events.
Editing and retiring plans #
You can edit a plan at any time to change its price, content, or details.
When a plan is no longer something you want to offer, hide it rather than deleting it. Hiding stops new fans buying it while keeping existing subscribers' access intact. Deleting is permanent and can affect fans who already subscribed, so only delete a plan you created by mistake.

How fans choose a plan #
When a fan tries to watch premium content, they are shown the plans and passes that unlock it. They pick the one that suits them, pay, and start watching. The clearer your plan names, prices, and highlight points, the easier this choice is, so keep your line-up simple and avoid too many overlapping options.
