Watching #
Once you are signed in and have your access sorted, watching is the easy part. This page explains how to watch live matches as they happen, how to catch up later with replays and highlights, how to find what you are looking for, and how to get the best picture for your connection.
Everything you can watch lives on your club's channel, organised so you can jump straight to a live match or browse through past content.
Live or on-demand #
There are two main ways to watch, depending on whether the action is happening now or has already finished.
Live matches stream as they happen, with a Live label so you can spot them at a glance. Open the match from your club's home or fixtures area and press play. If you fall behind the live action, look for a Go to live control to jump back to the latest moment.
On-demand content is anything you can watch whenever you like: full-match replays, highlights, interviews, and more. There is nothing to schedule. Just open the video and press play, and you can pause, rewind, and come back to it later.
You will often see the term VOD, short for video on demand. It simply means content that is ready to watch any time, as opposed to a live stream.
Catching up after a match #
If you miss a match, you can usually watch it back. Once a live match finishes, your club's team prepares the replay and highlights, and they appear in the channel's collections a little while later. Full replays are typically available for the rest of the season, while some content stays around for longer.

Playback controls #
The player works the way you would expect. You can play and pause, jump forward and back along the timeline, change the volume, turn on subtitles where they are available, and go full screen.
On a computer, a couple of shortcuts are handy: press Space to play or pause, and F to enter or leave full screen. On a phone or tablet, tap the screen once to bring the controls up, then tap a control to use it.
Choosing video quality #
By default the player picks the best quality your connection can handle and adjusts it automatically as your connection changes, so most of the time you do not need to think about it.

What to expect around kickoff #
A live stream goes live when the match starts, not before, so the video may show a holding screen or countdown until then. Open the match a few minutes early, make sure you are signed in, and the stream will begin automatically once the action starts. There can be a few seconds between real life and your screen, which is normal for live streaming.
